It doesn’t matter if this is your first child or the fourth, each pregnancy is special and unique. Ezell’s Studios can capture the memories of this blissful time. We make the experience very comfortable and fun. You can wear as much or as little clothes as you want and both a male or female photographer are available. Maternity portraits are priceless and show off that glow that only mommies-to-be have. 

We recommend you schedule your session about 6 weeks prior to your due date. Our photography sessions are all unique experiences that are made even more special with your creative contributions. Please feel free to bring along a toy or blanket or anything that has special meaning to you. We also encourage you to bring partners, children or pets.

During the shoot, we will experiment with poses, settings, clothing, backdrops, artistic techniques, and light, to capture a unique variety of images of your pregnancy. Now the question of what to wear—it largely depends on the style of maternity photos you are looking for as well as your level of personal comfort. Some people are interested in very artistic, semi-nude portrayals of their pregnancy while others prefer a more conservative approach and wish to be fully or partially clothed. It is common for a mixture of those styles to be utilized.  No matter what style you would like, you will need to wear clothing that will show off your beautiful belly.  Stretch pants or pants with low waistlines will prevent them from bunching up too much when lowered to show your tummy.  Button down shirts, tank tops, lingerie, robes, or blankets can all be used to produce beautiful maternity photos.
